savings. No savings, No fee!  Using this approach you will never pay
out of pocket for cost reductions of your utility bills!  We take all the
risk!  If you save nothing , you pay nothing. If we find you savings-
then we split the savings for a specified term. The performance
based approach gives us every incentive to realize both savings and
refunds in every utility bill audited for your business.






Note: We do provide a fixed one time fee for businesses that dictate
this requirement due to accounting practices or related issues.
